Change of Mind

We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • With all tags and packaging attached

Return postage is at the customer’s expense. We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned unless faulty.

For hygiene reasons, hosiery, hair accessories, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned unless faulty.


How to Return an Item

Please email us at [your email address] within 14 days of receiving your order to request return instructions.

Return details will be provided via email.

Items sent without prior contact may not be accepted.


Store Credit & Exchanges

Approved change-of-mind returns will be issued as store credit, valid for 6 months.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.


Faulty Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund if an item has a major fault.

If a fault is minor, we may choose to repair or replace the item.

This does not cover damage caused by misuse.

If your item is faulty, please contact us with photos and your proof of purchase.
