The Cuckoos Nest Returns & Refunds policy
What can be returned?
All products may be return except for hygiene purposes we do not offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty, on hosiery, hair accessories, underwear and swimwear.
When do items need to be returned by?
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase at buyers cost. No exchange, credit or refund can be given after 14 days for change of mind or if you have made a wrong decision. Postage/shipping and handling of products is not refundable unless product is deemed faulty. No refund or credit be given if the products received are used, damaged or without original packaging and/or tags attached. These items will be returned to the customer with the customer responsible for any return shipping costs.

How do customers return items?
Securely pack items to be returned together with original receipt in an appropriate shipping satchel with tracking and send back (at your cost). We are not responsible for items lost during transit.
Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.
Credit for returns
We will exchange or provide a store credit on all full priced orders if you change your mind or the item is the wrong size within 14 days. Sale items are final and no exchange or refund is available unless faulty. Exchanges and store credit for online purchases will be accepted where the product has not been worn, washed, or altered, is in its original and saleable condition with all packaging and labels/tags attached and must be returned within 14 days of date of purchase. Store credit will be valid for 6 months.
Refunds will only be made using the original payment method stated on your proof of purchase. Delivery fees paid for online orders are non-refundable for change of mind returns.
If the problem with a product is major, you are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund. This does not include damage caused by misuse or returns simply due to change of mind.
If the problem is not major, we may choose to repair instead of a replacement or refund if this is possible.
If the item cannot be repaired, you can choose a refund or replacement. We reserve the right to refuse to provide a refund, repair or replacement if the problem has, for instance, arisen because the product was misused by the customer.
Some products come with an additional manufacturer’s warranty as indicated in the documentation provided with the products. Should you wish to make any claim under a manufacturer’s warranty, you can do so directly with the relevant manufacturer. However, we are happy to also assist you with your enquiries.
Instore return option
You are welcome to return your item to our bricks and mortar store for an exchange or store credit.
