The Cuckoo's Nest uses Australia Post and Sendle to ship goods Australia wide. Please make sure the address is correct and add any delivery instructions. We are unable to change address once item has been shipped.

Orders received after 5pm will be processed within 2 business day. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer trackable shipping however we do not include insurance or signature on delivery unless specified. Insurance is optional and an additional cost so please advise if you require insurance and we can quote you on cost. We take no responsibilty for goods lost or damaged in transit but we will do our best to follow up on an issues. 

PLEASE NOTE- heavy/bulky items do not qualify for free shipping. We will invoice you separately for shipping costs and we will endeavour to find you the best rate possible. You are welcome to get in touch with us prior to purchasing to receive a shipping quote.

We offer free local pick up from our Bicton Store Monday to Friday 9.30-5.00 PM and  Saturday 9.30-4.30PM

We offer free shipping from time to time on goods purchased over certain values. Shipping is offered free on total combined order. Free shippping does not apply to split orders or bulky items.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@thecuckoosnest.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
